Indlela is a mentorship program designed to expose Zimbabwean students in their final years of high school education to opportunities and realities beyond their current contexts. Targeting students in their 6th form, the program pairs participants with mentors in their chosen fields of interest.
Through this mentorship, students will gain practical insights into their prospective careers, hear about real-life experiences, and learn valuable lessons from their mentors’ journeys. Mentors will guide and support students as they transition from high school to higher education. In turn, mentors have the opportunity to give back meaningfully to society and play a role in nurturing the next generation of leaders and industry pioneers.
